The institution was founded by Mrs. Sangeeta Thakur, who holds an M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Systems and an M.Sc. in Physics. She brings more than 20 years of experience across industries, universities, and engineering colleges. Her expertise in academics, research, and technical education has played a significant role in shaping the institute's vision and academic excellence. The second founder member, Mr. Raj Mohan Thakur, holds an MBA in Marketing Management and an M.Tech. in Manufacturing Technology. He has over 25 years of experience in industries, universities, and engineering colleges. His extensive exposure to industrial operations, management practices, skill development, and placement activities has contributed significantly to the growth and success of the institution. Together, the founders established IIITM Univers with a mission to help students gain professional expertise, industry-oriented skills, and placement opportunities.
